   The Record Date for the dividend will be September 28, 2005 and
the Payment Date will be September 30, 2005. The ex-dividend date is
determined by the Exchange after the Record Date becomes known,
usually two business days preceding the Record Date. Assuming the
foregoing, the ex-dividend date for the upcoming dividend will be
September 26, 2005.
   Please note all dividends will be paid in cash rather than
reinvested.
