Volt Information Sciences to Ring the NYSE Closing Bell on Tuesday, September 3rd

Volt Information Sciences, Inc. (NYSE-AMERICAN:VISI) today announced that members of its board of directors and management team will ring the NYSE Closing Bell this afternoon to celebrate the Company’s new ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange. As previously announced, on Monday, September 9, 2019, the Company’s ticker will change to “VOLT” from “VISI”.

No action is needed from Volt’s current stockholders relative to the ticker symbol change. The common stock will continue to be listed on the NYSE and the CUSIP will remain unchanged as 928703107.
