Item 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE. 

On July 25, 2019, UQM Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States provided its final clearance related to the merger transaction involving the Company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Danfoss Power Solutions (US) Company.  The Company expects that the merger transaction will close on July 31, 2019.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
