US Dataworks Announces it has Conducted Annual Meeting

- Company Operations Not Affected By Hurricane Ike - 


HOUSTON, Sept. 16  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- US Dataworks, Inc. (AMEX:UDW), a leading innovator of payment processing solutions, announced that its annual shareholder meeting was conducted yesterday, September 15, 2008.  All proposals described in the Proxy Statement were approved as per the Board of Directors' recommendations.

"Even though we have experienced a major disaster in the last several days from Hurricane Ike, we were spared any damage," says UDW Chairman and CEO Charles E. Ramey.  "Our employees were not hurt and will be dealing with the cleanup to their property over the near term.
