today announced the results of its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
held on September 27, 2008. The Company’s
shareholders approved all three proposals set forth in its proxy
statement dated September 3, 2008. The approved proposals were:
The re-election of five members to the Company’s
Board of Directors, as identified in the Company’s
proxy statement, for a term ending in 2009, or until their successors
are elected and qualified;
The ratification of Dominic K.F. Chan & Co. as the Company’s
independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year
ending December 31, 2008; and,
The approval of the Company’s 2008 Equity
Incentive Plan.
