MEDTOX Scientific Announces Second Quarter Conference Call

MEDTOX Scientific, Inc. (AMEX:TOX), announced today that
it will hold a teleconference to discuss first quarter results on
Friday, July 15, at 9:30 a.m. Central Time (10:30 a.m. Eastern).
During the conference call the Company may discuss and answer
questions concerning business and financial developments and trends.
