Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 3, 2022, Timber Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s End-of-Phase 2 meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the Company’s topical pharmaceutical composition of isotretinoin, for the treatment of moderate to severe subtypes of congenital ichthyosis.
