RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

On September 30, 2007, Susan White, a director of the Company since 2005, informed the Board of Directors of Talon International, Inc. (the "Company") that she is resigning as a Class II Director of the Company, effective October 1, 2007. The Company has not yet identified a replacement director for Ms. White.
