(AMEX:THV), which designs, manufactures and markets home improvements under the
brand name "THV: America's Home Improvement Company," today said it plans to
release first quarter 2005 financial results Monday, May 23, 2005, and has
scheduled a teleconference call and webcast for 2 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 24,
2005.

During the conference call, Chief Executive Officer Charles L. Smith and Chief
Financial Officer David A. Anderson will discuss financial results, business
