                        Tellings Golden Miller Group plc

            Gavin Casey joins the Board as a non-executive director


Tellings Golden Miller Group plc (the "Company" or "Tellings") is pleased to
announce the appointment of Gavin Casey as a non-executive director of the
Company. Mr Casey is Chairman of Tragus Holdings Ltd and was formerly Chief
Executive of London Stock Exchange plc.

Upon his appointment, Mr Casey and his wife agreed to subscribe for 70,000 new
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 99p per share, the mid- market
price of the Company's shares at the close of business on 4 September 2003, the
date Mr Casey's appointment was approved by the Board.

Stephen Telling, Chairman and Chief Executive said "I am delighted to welcome
Gavin Casey onto the Board. He has a wealth of experience in the City which will
add a further dimension to the Board's skills and assist in implementing our
growth stategy."

Gavin Casey said " I am very pleased both to be joining Stephen and his
colleagues on the Board of Tellings and to be investing in a business at this
stage of its development"
