Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 14, 2022, Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial condition and results of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022. In connection with this announcement, the Company issued an earnings press release.
