Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On June 17, 2020, TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 and providing an operations update. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
