                                 Board Changes

Synergy Healthcare announces the retirement of non-executive Director, Andrew
Fitton from the Board, with effect from today.

Mr Fitton who co-founded Synergy with Richard Steeves (the current CEO) in 1991
was non-executive Chairman until 1999. Richard together with the Board would
like to convey their sincere thanks to Mr Fitton for his contribution to the
development of the Company over many years.
