S.Y. Bancorp, Inc. Announced Quarterly Dividend LOUISVILLE, Ky., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On Tuesday, February 17, 2004, the Board of Directors of S. Y. Bancorp, Inc. declared a regular quarterly common stock dividend of $.08 per share. This dividend is payable April 1, 2004, to all shareholders of record as of March 16, 2004. S.Y.
