Stonepath Group Announces Results of Annual Meeting

Stonepath Group (AMEX: STG) today announced the results
of its 2005 annual shareholders meeting.
   At the meeting, Stonepath shareholders re-elected to the Company's
Board of Directors, Dennis Pelino (Chairman), John Springer, J.
Douglass Coates, David Jones, Aloysius T. Lawn, IV, and Rob McCord.
   Stockholders also ratified the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP
as the Company's independent auditors for the year ending December 31,
2005.
