  Shalov Stone Bonner & Rocco LLP announces that
a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of persons or entities who
purchased the common shares of DWS RREEF Real Estate Fund, Inc. (NYSE: SRQ)
(AMEX: SRQ) or DWS RREEF Real Estate Fund II, Inc. (NYSE: SRO) (AMEX: SRO)
(collectively, the "Funds") during the period from March 8, 2007 through
November 17, 2008 (the "Class Period), and who were damaged thereby.  The
lawsuit is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern
District of New York.

The complaint alleges that the defendants violated the federal securities laws by misrepresenting and failing to disclose material adverse facts. According to the complaint, the defendants failed to disclose exceptional risks associated with the Funds. As a result of the defendants' false and misleading statements, investors purchased the Funds' common stock at artificially inflated prices and were damaged thereby.

The complaint further alleges that the defendants issued disclosures that caused investors to realize that distributions would cease. As a result, the Funds' prices dropped and have never recovered. Investors who invested in the Funds' common stock may have suffered losses that may be compensable under the law.
