American Stock Exchange Lists Morgan Stanley Plus Redeemable for Cash Based on The S&P 500 Index

NEW YORK, Aug. 25  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley PLUS Redeemable for Cash Based on the S&P 500 Index.

Priced at $5 with an initial offer size of 1.94 million shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol SNQ and has a maturation date of November 30, 2006.
