RNS Number:7154L Stream Group PLC 30 May 2003 STREAM GROUP PLC ("Stream" or the "Company") Notice of AGM Yesterday, the Company posted to shareholders its notice of AGM, which will be held at 10.00 am on 20 June 2003. One of the resolutions being proposed, as an ordinary resolution, is the intention to give notice to cancel the AIM trading facility in the Company's shares ("the Resolution"). The Resolution being proposed is as follows: "That the Company gives notice to cancel the admission of its ordinary shares on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange." The executive directors, who between them hold 21,737,466 shares (38.27% of the Company's issued share capital) are likely to be voting in favour of the Resolution. The executive directors have verbal indications from shareholders representing a further 11,630,960 shares (20.48% of the Company's issued share capital) that they are likely to vote in favour of the Resolution. The Company's two non-executive directors, David Channing-Williams and Hugo Drayton, are not supportive of the resolution and will be writing separately to shareholders. If the Resolution is passed the Company will give twenty business days notice of its intention to cancel the AIM trading facility in the Company's shares.
