White River Capital, Inc. is a financial services holding company headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. Its two subsidiaries - Coastal Credit, LLC and Union Acceptance Company LLC - are specialized indirect automobile finance businesses. Coastal Credit, LLC is a sub prime automobile finance company operating in 21 states that acquires automobile receivables from both franchised and independent automobile dealers. Union Acceptance Company LLC is an automobile finance company that holds and oversees a portfolio of both on and off balance sheet securitized non-prime automobile receivables.
