ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS PLC
Robotic Technology Systems PLC announces that it has issued and allotted 35,000
new ordinary shares of 1p each to employees pursuant to the exercise of options
granted under its Employee Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 20p per
share. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of
1p each.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading
on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission"). It
is expected that Admission will occur on 12 June 2003.
