American Stock Exchange Lists Morgan Stanley's 8.5% SPARQS Linked To Transocean Inc.

NEW YORK, Nov. 23  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's 8.5% SPARQS Linked to Transocean Inc.

Priced at $12.90 with an initial offer size of 1,046,511 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol RSW and has a maturation date of December 1, 2006.
