RMR Real Estate Fund (AMEX: RMR), RMR Hospitality and Real Estate Fund (AMEX: RHR), RMR F.I.R.E. Fund (AMEX: RFR) and RMR Preferred Dividend Fund (AMEX: RDR) announced today that they have scheduled their 2006 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Tuesday, May 9, 2006. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set at the close of business on Friday, February 10, 2006.
