RMR Real Estate Fund (AMEX: RMR), RMR Hospitality and Real Estate Fund (AMEX: RHR), RMR F.I.R.E. Fund (AMEX: RFR) and RMR Preferred Dividend Fund (AMEX: RDR) announed today that they have scheduled their 2006 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Tuesday, May 9, 2006. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set at the close of business on Friday, February 10, 2006. RMR, RHR, RFR and RDR are closed end investment companies advised by RMR Advisors, Inc., an affiliate of Reit Management & Research LLC. Reit Management & Research LLC and its affiliates have been in business since 1986 and oversee $12 billion of assets.
