American Stock Exchange Initial Public Offering of RMR F.I.R.E.
Fund
NEW YORK, Nov. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R))
today began trading common shares of RMR F.I.R.E. Fund under the ticker symbol
RFR.
RMR F.I.R.E. Fund is a newly organized, non-diversified, closed end management
investment company. Its primary investment objective is to provide high total
returns to shareholders through a combination of capital appreciation and
current income by investing in securities issued by financial, insurance and
real estate (F.I.R.E.) companies.

With an initial share price of $25 for the RMR F.I.R.E. Fund, the approximate
initial value of the 1.48 million shares priced today is $37 million, excluding
the underwriters' over allotment option. The underwriting syndicate is led by
RBC Capital Markets. The specialist in the new fund is Weiskopf, Silver & Co.
