ROTH 3rd Annual China Discovery Tour to be held May 18-25, 2008. The
tour will feature more than 60 companies in 7 cities throughout China,
combining factory and project site visits with management presentations
in a mini conference format. The Company presentation to be used during

Ken Yi Luo, China Architectural Engineering’s
Chairman and CEO, and Xinyue Jasmine Geffner, Chief Financial Officer,
are scheduled to speak at 8:00 am China Standard Time on Friday, May 23,
at the Ritz-Carlton in the Yalong Bay National Resort District, Sanya,
Hainan, China, and will discuss the Company's strategic initiatives,
project pipeline and market opportunities. Meeting participants will
