NEW YORK, March 26  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's Bear Market PLUS Based on the Value of the S&P 500 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 2,270,000 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol RBL and has a maturity date of April 20, 2008.
