      today announced the general availability of QuadraMed CPR (QCPR) Caché/SQL 
      5.0.5, which provides hospitals with a fully integrated electronic 
      health record operating on an enterprise platform built upon 
      InterSystems Caché®, 
      a high performance, post-relational, SQL database that is consistently 
      ranked best in KLAS.

      Access, and Microsoft Excel. This SQL query capability will continue to

      This new version of QCPR demonstrates QuadraMed’s 
      emphasis for client support. The QCPR Caché/SQL 
      5.0.5 release provides software tools and services for current QCPR 
      clients to easily and efficiently migrate their entire QCPR environment 
      including user defined screens, workflows, rules and alerts, as well as 
      the data resident in the their proprietary database system to the new 
      Caché-based, enterprise platform. Special 
      attention was given to preserve user interactions with QCPR Caché/SQL 
      as they were with the legacy version of QCPR in order to avoid high 
      migration costs and barriers for user adoption so often encountered when 
      end user retraining is required.
