XELR8 Holdings Raises $2 Million Via Private Placement of Common Stock

DENVER, March 5  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VitaCube Systems Holdings, Inc., d/b/a/ XELR8 Holdings, Inc. (AMEX:PRH), a provider of functional foods, beverages and nutritional supplements, today announced that it has raised gross proceeds of $2 million in a private placement transaction with accredited individual and institutional investors.  Completion of the private placement is subject to the Company receiving shareholder approval of the related issuance of stock and warrants.  The Company will host its Annual Meeting of Stockholders this week, Wednesday, March 7, in Denver, at which time shareholders will vote on this and other corporate matters, as described in the proxy statement filed with the SEC and mailed to Company shareholders.
