John Philip Kirtland, aged 42, is appointed Executive Director and Louise Turner, aged 27, is appointed as non-Executive Director. John, whose previous experience includes operational and management roles with Nortel, Anixter and Xerox, will retain his current responsibilities as Managing Director of SDA Protec, the Group's Systems Division, reporting to the Chief Executive. Louise will represent the interests of Midia Investments S.A., Protec's largest shareholder. Further to a board meeting earlier today both appointments take immediate effect. Louise Turner is a director of Turner Consultancy Services Limited, Intercity Property Group Limited and Anglo-Russian Investments Limited.
