American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of Petro Resources Corporation

NEW YORK, Aug. 29  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common shares of Petro Resources Corporation, under the trading symbol PRC.

Based in Houston, Tx., Petro Resources Corporation is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, drilling and production of oil and natural gas in the United States.
