Path 1 Network Technologies Reports Inducement Stock Option Grant Under AMEX Company Guide Section 711(a)

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 18  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Path 1 Network Technologies (AMEX:PNO), a leading provider of video networking products that enable the transmission of broadcast-quality video over IP networks, today announced, pursuant to AMEX Company Guide Section 711(a), that it has made an inducement stock option grant to its new Chief Executive Officer and President, Thomas Tullie.  The inducement grant covers 115,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $2.84 per share, immediately vested but subject to a condition subsequent of one year of continuous service as CEO and not exercisable for such one year.  Vesting would accelerate in the event of a change in control or termination without cause, and the post-separation exercisability period of the stock options would be extended.
