             Pall Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) has declared a
quarterly dividend at a rate of 9 cents per share, payable on May 16,
2003 to shareholders of record as of May 2, 2003.
