Board Change at Pace Micro Technology plc



Pace Micro Technology plc has today announced that Tim Fern, Chief Technology
Officer, will leave the Company on Friday 28th February 2003.  The Board of Pace
Micro Technology would like to thank Mr Fern for his service to the Company and
his important contribution to the development of Pace's world-leading digital TV
research and development team.



Existing members of Pace's highly experienced engineering management team,
Callum Gordon and Roger Lambert, will take over Mr Fern's responsibilities.
