It is with deep sadness that the Fund announces the passing of one its directors, Robert J. Higgins. Mr. Higgins was a director of the Fund since 2009, where he added great wisdom, knowledge and integrity to the oversight of the Fund. JP Morgan Funds Management acknowledges his valuable contributions. On behalf of all of the Fund Board members, Dr. Matthew Goldstein, independent Chairman of the Board, recognizes Mr. Higgins’ wise counsel and strong dedication to the Fund and its shareholders and stated that they will miss him dearly.
