LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., Aug. 11  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- National Vision, Inc.
(AMEX:NVI) will announce its second quarter operating results after the market
closes on Monday, August 16, 2004.  The Company will hold its quarterly
conference call and webcast on Tuesday, August 17, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
Daylight Time.
