LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., May 12  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- National Vision, Inc. 
will announce its first quarter results for fiscal 2004 after the market closes
on Monday, May 17, 2004.  The Company will hold its quarterly conference call
and web-cast on Tuesday, May 18, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
