The board of NSB Retails Systems Plc announces that as a result of an allotment
of 897,215 new ordinary shares of 2 pence ("the new ordinary shares") pursuant
to the exercise of options under the Companies share option scheme, application
has been made for admission of the New Ordinary shares to be admitted to the
Official List.



It is expected that such admission will become effective on Wednesday 7th May
2003.
