(b) Director Resignation

On July 16, 2019, Joseph Lenz resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (the “Company”) to allow him to focus on his responsibilities with Angelo, Gordon & Co.

The Company thanks Mr. Lenz for his valuable contributions in growing and strengthening the Company during his time on the Board.
