Nimbus Group, Inc. Announces Name Change To Taylor Madison
The American Stock Exchange Symbol For The Company Will Remain As (AMEX: NMC) 


AVENTURA, Fla., Feb. 20  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nimbus Group, Inc.,  today
announced a name change for the corporation to Taylor Madison Corp. The trading
symbol for the company, which is publicly traded on the American Stock Exchange,
will remain as is, presently trading under NMC. This change will be effective as
of this date and, going forward, the Company will be doing business as Taylor
Madison.

"The name change reflects the company's new focus on the cosmetics, fragrance
development and licensing opportunities," said Lucien Lallouz, chief executive
officer of the newly named company. "The Taylor Madison name will distinguish
the company from its previous business and name," Mr. Lallouz added.

The Company will also dispose of the Nimbusjets.com website, trademarks and
trade names associated with its wholly owned subsidiary Nimbus Jets, Inc. Mr.
Jack A. Smith, whom the company retained as its consultant earlier, is in the
process of evaluating the possible sale of these assets to maximize shareholder
value.
