Smart Move, Inc. Receives Audit Opinion That Contains Going Concern Qualification

DENVER, April 2, 2008  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Smart Move, Inc. (AMEX:MVE) ("Smart Move" or the "Company"), in compliance with American Stock Exchange Company Guide Section 610(b), today announced that Smart Move's independent registered public accounting firm included a going concern explanatory paragraph relating to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern in its report on Smart Move's financial statements as of and for the year ended December 31, 2007.  The qualification was included as a result of Smart Move's net loss from operations in fiscal 2007 and the Company's need for additional financing to meet working capital and debt service requirements during fiscal 2008.
