consumer products, announced today that the Company will hold its Fiscal 2004
Annual Shareholder Meeting at the American Stock Exchange, 86 Trinity Place,
New York at 11:00 AM EDT on Wednesday, September 8, 2004. Frank Guidone,
Company CEO will ring the opening bell at the American Stock Exchange to
celebrate Measurement Specialties' inclusion in the Russell 2000.
