METRODOME GROUP PLC APPOINTS NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR



Metrodome Group Plc today announced the appointment of ANDREW KEYTE as its new
Managing Director. He joins the company on Monday 17th February 2003.



Andrew Keyte has had a long career in the film, video and television industries
in a variety of senior roles. In the eighties and early nineties, Andrew worked
in film and video marketing and distribution with CBS Fox Video, Richard
Branson's Virgin Vision and Warner Home Video. In 1993, he moved to the launch
team of cable and satellite channel UK Gold, where he held the roles of
Marketing Director and Head of Programming.



In 1997 Andrew joined B Sky B to become General Manager of its movie channels.
During his time there Andrew oversaw a #5 million  rebranding/repositioning
exercise, and was part of the team that launched the digital multiplexing
service. He also worked on the launched of Sky's ground-breaking pay-per-view
service, and helped set up production arm Sky Pictures.



Since 1999, Andrew has been running his own consultancy Garageland Pictures. In
addition to developing a number of feature film projects, Andrew has carried out
consultancy projects for Sky, Vestry Media and most recently art-house
distributor Tartan Video.



Andrew commented on his appointment:

marketed DONNIE DARKO to become one of the biggest cult film hits of recent
years. With the backing of major shareholder TV Loonland, I am looking forward
to taking the company forward, and working with its talented team to create a
dynamic and expanding business in feature film distribution, kids video and
other areas"

the UK."
