Appointment of Non-Executive Directors
Montpellier is pleased to announce the appointment of two Non-Executive
directors to its Board, both with immediate effect.
Roy Harrison (56), was previously with the Tarmac Plc from 1971 to 2000, where
he was appointed to the main Board in 1996 and as Group Chief Executive in 1999.
In 2000, Mr Harrison negotiated the agreed bid for Tarmac Plc from Anglo
American Plc. Mr Harrison will also chair the Audit Committee.
Arnold Wagner, OBE (54), is Director, Human Resources of Smiths Group Plc. Mr
Wagner, previously Director of Group Personnel at Bunzl plc, will chair the
Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
