Monsanto Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

ST. LOUIS, June 9, 2009  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 26.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable on July 24, 2009 to shareowners of record on July 2, 2009.
