("the Manager") has voting and dispositive power over the securities listed pursuant to an Investment Management Agreement between the Manager and Master Fund. The Manager has delegated discretion to vote and dispose of the securities to HBK Services LLC (the "Sub-Advisor"). Neither the Manager nor the Sub-Advisor has a pecuniary interest in such securities.
