Ladenburg Thalmann Appoints Barney Monte as Managing Director, Investment Banking

Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE MKT:LTS, LTS PrA) announced today that Barney Monte has been appointed as Managing Director, Investment Banking at Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. ("Ladenburg"). Mr. Monte will be based in Ladenburg’s New York office.

Mr. Monte joins Ladenburg with robust experience in investment banking. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, Alternative Capital Finance at ROTH Capital Partners, LLC and Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Ozado Partners LLC. Prior to ROTH Capital and Ozado Partners, Mr. Monte held senior-level investment banking positions at several financial institutions.

Mr. Monte received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Skidmore College.
