Litho Supplies Plc announces that it was today informed that Browallia Discount
Company Limited sold 2,610,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 18 September
2003.  Following this disposal Browallia Discount Company Limited no longer has
an interest in the share capital of Litho Supplies Plc.

Therefore, given the interest of Peter Gyllenhammar in both Browallia Discount
Company Limited and Erudite UK Limited (who have also disposed of their holding
of 300,000 ordinary shares), Mr Gyllenhammar has no further interest in the
share capital of Litho Supplies Plc.

Litho Supplies Plc has also been informed that following recent purchases,
Discretionary Unit Fund Management Limited now holds 2,910,000 shares in the
Company representing approximately 13.35 per cent. of the issued share capital
of Litho Supplies Plc.  This holding comprises of the following funds:
