Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

Lilis Energy, Inc.’s (the “Company”) application to have its common stock traded on the OTCQB Venture Marketplace has been approved. The Company’s common stock began trading on the OTCQB effective May 27, 2016 under the trading symbol “LLEX.”
