Management, LLC today offered to acquire the outstanding common shares of Lancer
Corp.  for $1.00 per Share.  A copy of the offer may be obtained from the

Corp. shares are listed on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol ,
although trading has been halted in the shares since February 2 due to an
ongoing investigation of Lancer's accounting practices.
