Keller Group plc has been advised that Terratest Tecnicas Especiales SA ("
Terratest") has today purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 215p per share.   Terratest is a connected person of Mr Pedro Lopez
Jimenez, a non-executive director of the Company.

Following this purchase, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the
Company is 5,209,000 representing 8.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
